We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tamil Telesales Executive to connect with business owners, shop owners, and employers, promote our job portal app, and encourage them to register and post their job vacancies to find suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business owners, employers, and potential customers.
- Introduce and promote the company's job portal app.
- Explain the benefits of posting job vacancies through the app.
- Encourage business owners to register and post their hiring requirements.
- Understand employers' recruitment needs and assist them with the job posting process.
- Follow up with interested business owners to drive registrations and job postings.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Achieve daily,
weekly, and monthly registration and job-posting targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Positive convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and employers.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer acquisition is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications and job portals.
- Experience in B2C sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition.
- Ability to convert prospects into registered customers and generate job postings.
