Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Connect with prospective clients from provided leads to present residential/commercial property options.
Lead Qualification: Assess buyer requirements, budgets, preferred locations, and timelines to filter high-intent prospects.
Site Visit Scheduling: Persuade interested buyers to visit site locations (Chinar Park, Current Town, and surrounding areas) and coordinate appointments with field sales executives.
Database Management: Maintain and update daily call logs, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules in the CRM/Excel sheets.
Follow-Ups: Conduct regular and systematic follow-ups with potential buyers to keep leads active.
Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with clients through clear, professional communication.
