We are looking for an experienced CNC / VMC Machine Supervisor to manage machine operations and supervise daily production activities in our manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise CNC and VMC machine operations.
- Manage machine operators and production activities.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Monitor machine performance and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team during machine breakdowns.
- Ensure proper machine handling and workplace safety.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 12–15 years in CNC / VMC machine operations and supervision.
- Robust knowledge of CNC and VMC machines.
- Experience in production management and team handling.
