Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates to join our US Taxation team as US Tax Associates (International Voice Process). The candidate will be responsible for communicating with US-based clients over phone calls, assisting with tax-related queries, following up on pending tax documents and payments, and coordinating with the internal tax preparation team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound and outbound international calls with US-based clients.

Communicate professionally with clients regarding US tax preparation services.
3. Follow up with clients for pending tax documents and required information.
4. Make payment follow-up calls and assist clients with payment-related queries.
5. Explain the tax preparation process and provide basic information to clients.
6. Coordinate with the tax preparation team to ensure timely completion of client work.
7. Maintain accurate client information, call records and follow-up details.
8. Ensure proper communication and customer satisfaction.
9. Achieve daily calling targets and performance metrics.
