Key responsibilities

- Check each item against the order or invoice (product, quantity, variant) before packing.
- Inspect items for damage or defects and report any issues to your supervisor.
- Pack items securely with the right material (boxes, mailers, bubble wrap, tape) and add invoices or inserts as instructed.
- Seal, label and sort packages by courier or dispatch route, and hand them over with proper checks.
- Process returns: check, repack sellable items and record them as instructed.
- Meet daily packing targets with minimum errors, and follow SOPs.
- Keep your work area clean and secure, and report low stock of packing material.

Requirements

- 10th pass or above.
- Attention to detail, and basic reading and counting skills.
- Team player.

Good to have

- Experience in packing, e-commerce or warehouse work.
- Basic familiarity with barcode scanners.
