Job Title: Area Sales ManagerRole OverviewWe are seeking a agile, results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, expand our channel partner network, and drive revenue growth in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, channel/distributor management, and relationship building, with a proactive approach to capturing market share.

- Key Responsibilities & TasksChannel & Distributor Management: Appoint, manage, and expand our network of distributors, dealers, and channel partners across the designated territory to maximize market penetration.

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive primary and secondary sales targets, execute go-to-market strategies, and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals are achieved.

- B2B Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients, contractors, corporate partners, and key accounts.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, train, and motivate local sales representatives/executives to improve field performance and lead conversion rates.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends,



and market demands in the region to identify new business opportunities.

- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, forecasting, and daily/weekly performance reports using CRM tools.

- Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA or equivalent is a plus).

- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or distribution management.

- Core Skills: Distributor Management, B2B Sales, Channel Sales, Negotiation, and Pipeline Management.

- Industry Preference: Experience in Energy & Power, Solar, Electrical, or industrial manufacturing sectors is strongly preferred.
