Andromeda is hiring sales professionals for its Gurgaon office.
We are looking for candidates who can manage the complete loan process, including customer sourcing, loan login, documentation, bank coordination, approval follow-ups and final disbursement.
The role also includes cross-selling Life Insurance, Health Insurance and other financial products.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire customers for various loan products.
- Manage the complete loan process from login to disbursement.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and internal teams.
- Handle customer documentation and loan follow-ups.
- Cross-sell insurance products.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Requirements:
- Banking, NBFC, DSA or financial services experience preferred.
- Freshers with robust sales and communication skills can apply.
- Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
