- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- 1–5 years of experience in relevant sales.
- Experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Merchant Acquisition.
- Candidates from Fintech, POS/EDC, Justdial, SaaS, Digital Advertising, Telecom and Subscription Sales preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable with field sales and market visits.
? Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA.
- Additional performance-based incentives linked to TCV targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new merchants and business customers.
- Sell paid digital products, advertising solutions and subscriptions.
- Generate leads through market visits and direct customer interaction.
- Manage customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
