? Location: BHive Workspace, No. 112, AKR Tech Park, “B” Block, Krishna Reddy Industrial Area, 7th Mile Hosur Road, Bengaluru – 560068

? Experience:* 0–3 Years

? Work Mode:* Work from Office

? Working Days:* 6 Days | Rotational Week Off

? SALARY – IMPORTANT

• Freshers: ₹25,000 in-hand per month

• Experienced Candidates: 20% hike on previous salary

• Maximum salary: Up to ₹33,000 in-hand per month

*? Key Requirements

• Must be fluent in English with strong verbal & written communication skills

• Must have good customer support knowledge and a customer-first approach

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally via calls, chat & email

• Good problem-solving skills, empathy and patience





• Basic understanding of CRM/customer support tools is preferred

• Prior experience in Customer Support/Customer Experience is an advantage

*? Role Responsibilities*

You will be responsible for assisting customers with queries related to memberships, bookings, payments and app usage, resolving concerns efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction (CSAT), and escalating complex issues when required.
