Job Description – Accounts Executive Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience in accounting and financial operations. The candidate should have solid working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, a good understanding of accounting principles and statutory accounting requirements, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including entries, vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Tally and MS Excel.
- Ensure proper recording of income, expenses, purchases, and payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audits.




- Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Good command of MS Excel, including formulas, data handling, and reporting.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and applicable accounting rules.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred

- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare organization will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with hospital billing, patient collections, insurance/TPA receivables, and healthcare financial operations will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate : A responsible, organized, and proactive professional with strong accounting fundamentals, excellent Excel and Tally skills, and the ability to handle accounting operations accurately and efficiently.
