Job Description – Collection & Recovery Executive

Job Title: Collection & Recovery Executive

Department: Collections / Recovery

Job Responsibilities:

- Contact customers through outbound calls regarding pending payments and overdue accounts.

- Follow up with customers to collect outstanding dues within the given timelines.

- Explain payment details, due dates and outstanding balances to customers.

- Convince customers to make timely payments and resolve payment-related issues.

- Maintain qualified communication with customers.

Requirements:

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
