- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain operational data, shipment records and delivery reports.
- Prepare Excel reports, dashboards and performance reports.
- Track shipment status, pending deliveries and service performance.
- Coordinate with operation teams and branch offices for data collection.
- Monitor delivery TAT, delays, pending shipments and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting to management.
- Identify data discrepancies and provide analytical support.
