ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

1) Make structured outbound calls to accounts with past-due balances to negotiate mutually agreeable repayment plans.

2) Ensure 100% compliance with RBI guidelines and the prescribed Debt Recovery Agent code of conduct during all customer interactions.

3) Address customer queries, handle disputes professionally, and escalate complex issues to the respective department for resolution.

4)Accurately update call logs, payment commitments, and customer demographic status within the internal CRM tool or Excel spreadsheets.

5) Follow up consistently on promised payment dates to ensure high recovery conversion rates.

6) Consistently meet or exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly calling and collection recovery targets.
