About the RoleHer Mart is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and responsible individual to assist with the day-to-day operations of our fashion retail store. The ideal candidate should have an interest in fashion, clothing, styling and social media content.

- Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily store operations and maintain overall store organisation.
- Arrange and display kurtis and clothing collections attractively.
- Handle stock receiving, sorting, tagging and inventory management.
- Maintain proper stock records.
- Assist in model photoshoots, outfit preparation and styling coordination.
- Assist with product photography and short videos for Instagram.
- Support packing,



labelling and other daily store activities.
- Ensure the store is clean, organised and presentable.
- Candidate RequirementsInterest in fashion, clothing and styling.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Basic smartphone photography and Instagram knowledge.
- Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in retail, boutiques or fashion stores is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Salary & BenefitsMonthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000.
