Handle end-to-end recruitment for different departments and job positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule interviews with the concerned departments.

Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining formalities.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.

Handle bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment whenever required.

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
