Bhaniyana Constructions brings a 30-year track record to its construction, quarry and stone-crusher operations. We are expanding our Jodhpur head office and need a Purchase Executive who can secure reliable supplies and represent the company with confidence and professionalism.
Your responsibilities
- Visit and stay at sites as required to complete inventory and requirement lists with site staff and technicians.
- Catalogue spares, materials and consumables for each crusher and machine, recording specifications, part numbers, available quantities and reorder levels.
- Keep these records updated and arrange replenishment before supplies run short.
- Develop reliable vendors and alternative sources; negotiate prices, credit terms and delivery schedules.
- Compare quotations, place approved orders and follow through to correct delivery, resolving shortages, returns and warranty claims.
- Build on the company’s established track record to earn supplier confidence and protect its reputation through respectful communication, honest commitments and reliable follow-up.
- Handle payment-delay discussions professionally and negotiate workable extensions in coordination with Accounts.
- Maintain accurate purchase and vendor records.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of purchasing experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, machinery or industrial supplies.
- Confident spoken Hindi, basic English and working knowledge of Excel.
- Robust negotiation skills and the judgement to represent an established business well.
- Initiative, integrity, dependable follow-through and willingness to travel and stay at sites.
- Relevant experience matters more than qualifications.
Work environment
Our head office is being set up and may initially be basic or partly furnished while improvements continue. You should be adaptable and willing to help establish organised purchasing processes as the office develops.
