Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and target-oriented Recovery Executive to manage loan recovery activities, follow up with overdue customers, and ensure timely repayment of outstanding loan dues. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with customers for overdue loan repayments through calls and field visits.
- Collect pending EMI payments and outstanding dues within the assigned timelines.
- Visit customers to understand repayment issues and facilitate collections.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with delinquent and overdue accounts.
- Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets.
- Identify overdue accounts and implement effective recovery strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers and Collection Managers regarding recovery cases.
- Handle customer queries related to loan repayments.




- Ensure recovery activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies.
- Submit daily and monthly recovery reports to the reporting manager.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Any Degree / Intermediate.
- Experience: 1–3 years in NBFC, Banking, Microfinance, or Loan Recovery.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also be considered.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field recovery activities.
- Knowledge of local language is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
