Job DescriptionShri Bharti Gold And Diamonds Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Jewellery Retail Industry.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's complete HR operations, employee recruitment, workforce management and HR policies to support the company's retail and franchise expansion.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and selection of employees.
2. Hire candidates for Gold Showrooms, Gold Shops, Kendras and Franchise Operations.
3. Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities and documentation.
4. Manage employee attendance, leave and payroll coordination.
5. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
6. Handle employee relations, grievances and performance management.
7. Coordinate employee training and development programs.
8. Maintain employee records and HR databases.
9. Manage staff discipline, retention and workforce planning.

Coordinate with management for manpower requirements and recruitment targets.

- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of HR experience in the Jewellery Retail Industry.
- Experience in Gold, Diamond or Silver Jewellery Showroom operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
- Valuable communication, leadership and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, HR documentation and payroll processes.
- Ability to manage recruitment for multiple retail locations.
- EligibilityGraduate / MBA in HR preferred.
- Relevant Jewellery Retail HR experience is mandatory.
- Candidates should be proactive, responsible and target-oriented.
