Job Description
As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, presenting suitable projects, and guiding them throughout the buying journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound customer enquiries and generate new leads.
- Understand clients' property requirements, budgets, and investment goals.
- Present and promote suitable residential real estate projects.
- Schedule and conduct property visits and site tours.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain accurate lead records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and project details.
- Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales role.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and property sales process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to negotiate, follow up, and convert leads into sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
