Key Responsibilities1. Field Sales & Lead Generation

- Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, architects, engineers, and real estate developers.
- Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects within assigned territories.
- Generate new qualified sales leads through daily field visits.
- Promote SS Bricks products and communicate their quality, advantages, and applications.

2. Customer Acquisition & Sales Conversion

- Build strong relationships with contractors, site engineers, builders, and individual homeowners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Develop repeat business through regular customer engagement.

3. Sales Coordination

- Share quotations based on company-approved prices and policies.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding order confirmation, product availability, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate customer requirements accurately to the operations team.
- Support payment follow-ups through company-authorized channels.

Reporting & Market Intelligence

- Maintain accurate records of site visits, customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Submit daily sales activity reports to management.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, and upcoming construction opportunities.
- Identify potential high-volume customers and long-term business partnerships.
- Eligibility & RequirementsQualification: Intermediate / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Experience: 1–3 years in field sales preferred.
- Experience in building materials, cement, steel, bricks, construction, or real estate sales is an advantage.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
- Familiarity with Tirupati and surrounding construction markets.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, and digital reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in the field.
