• Supervise and lead a team of store employees, ensuring they deliver high-quality service.

• Schedule and coordinate with staff delegate tasks and monitor performance to optimize team

• Address and resolve customer and employee concerns promptly, fostering a positive and

• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, such as sales trends, customer

feedback, and inventory levels, to support decision-making.

• Foster transparent communication channels within the team and with higher management to ensure

a cohesive and informed work environment.
