Job Description – HVAC Project Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or relevant HVAC qualification.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have hands-on experience in the HVAC industry only. Candidates from other engineering backgrounds or specialisations need not apply.

1. Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute and monitor HVAC installation and project activities from commencement to completion.
2. Handle installation, erection, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
3. Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, technicians and internal teams for smooth project execution.
4. Ensure project completion within the stipulated timelines and approved BOQ.
5. Supervise site activities and ensure quality, safety and technical standards are maintained.
6. Coordinate material requirements with the Stores and Purchase departments to avoid project delays.
7. Monitor manpower deployment, material utilisation and overall site progress.




8. Prepare and maintain project reports, site progress reports and installation documentation.
9. Attend site-related technical issues and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
10. Ensure proper handover of completed projects to the service team and customer.

- Practical site-handling and project execution experience.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage technicians and contractors effectively.
- Commitment to timelines, quality, discipline and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
