HR Recruiter – Job Description

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media.

3. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability.

4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/interview panels.

5. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.

6. Prepare and share job postings based on business and hiring requirements.

7. Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms with selected candidates.

8. Ensure a smooth offer, documentation, and joining process.

9 Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.

10. Track recruitment metrics, hiring targets, and time-to-fill, and support HR initiatives as required.
