Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Robotics Trainer / Mentor with at least 1 year of teaching or training experience. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Robotics, IoT, embedded systems, and advanced robotic technologies.

The selected candidate will be responsible for mentoring students, designing hands-on projects, conducting practical training sessions, and developing innovative learning experiences.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct practical and theoretical training sessions in Robotics, IoT, and Advanced Robotics.
2. Teach students robotics concepts through hands-on activities and project-based learning.
3. Guide learners in designing, assembling, testing, and troubleshooting robotic projects.
4. Train students in microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and embedded systems.
5. Develop cutting-edge projects using Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and other development boards.
6. Mentor students in IoT-based applications, automation, and smart technology projects.
7.



Introduce students to advanced robotics concepts, including robotic arms, automation, and intelligent robotic systems.
8. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, project documentation, and practical assignments.
9. Support students in exhibitions, robotics competitions, innovation challenges, and project demonstrations.
10. Stay updated with emerging technologies in Robotics, IoT, AI, and Automation.

Technical Skills Required1. Robotics & Embedded Systems

- Arduino UNO, Nano, ESP32, ESP8266.
- Raspberry Pi and microcontroller programming.
- Sensors, actuators, DC motors, servo motors, and motor drivers.
- Circuit designing, electronic components, and troubleshooting.

2. IoT Technologies

- Internet of Things (IoT) concepts and applications.
- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-based communication.
- Smart home and industrial automation projects.
- Sensor data monitoring and cloud-based IoT applications.
- ESP32 and IoT integration.

3. Advanced Robotics

- Robotic arm designing and control.
- Autonomous and semi-autonomous robots.
- Line-following and obstacle-avoiding robots.
- Wireless and remote-controlled robotics.
- Robotics automation and intelligent systems.
- Basic knowledge of AI-integrated robotics will be an advantage.

4. Programming Skills

- Arduino C/C++.




- Basic Python programming.
- Block-based coding platforms.
- Raspberry Pi programming.
- Basic understanding of AI and Machine Learning applications in Robotics.
- Educational QualificationB.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Robotics, or related fields.
- B.Sc. / Diploma in Electronics, Robotics, or relevant technical fields may also apply.
- Candidates with strong practical robotics knowledge and teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
- Required ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in teaching, mentoring, or training Robotics.
- Experience handling school students, college students, or technical learners.
- Practical experience in developing and demonstrating robotics and IoT projects.
