Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and hardworking individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, preparing beverages and snacks, handling billing, and ensuring a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages as per company standards.
- Take customer orders and assist with billing and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, kitchen, and seating areas.
- Ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Support team members during peak hours.

Requirements





- Minimum 10th/12th pass.
- Prior experience in cafés, restaurants, or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
