- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B; service.
- Previous experience as a Captain or Senior Associate preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of food menus, beverages, and service standards.
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
