Job Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads.

2. Explain ongoing residential projects, plots and villas.

3. Understand customer requirements, budgets and property preferences.

4. Generate qualified leads and arrange client meetings and site visits.

5. Follow up with interested customers regularly through calls and WhatsApp.

6. Maintain daily calling reports and update lead status.

7. Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and successful closures.

8. Achieve daily calling and monthly lead-generation targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Kannada.

* Must have a smartphone and reliable internet connection.

* Laptop is compulsory.

* Should be confident, disciplined and target-oriented.

* Must be comfortable making 125–150 connected calls daily.

* Previous telecalling or real estate experience is an added advantage.
