Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Management Executive to manage stock operations, maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock movements, and ensure effective inventory control. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a strong understanding of FIFO and FEFO inventory management principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inventory operations, including stock inward, outward, storage, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure real-time inventory updates in the WMS.
- Ensure stock dispatches follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles, as applicable.
- Monitor inventory receipt dates and expiry dates to ensure proper stock rotation.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving, fast-moving, excess, and near-expiry inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Identify and minimize stock losses, damages, and expiry-related wastage.




- Ensure proper documentation of all inventory transactions.
- Maintain compliance with warehouse SOPs and inventory management procedures.
- Support internal and external stock audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Inventory Management will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory management software.
- Strong knowledge of FIFO and FEFO stock management principles.
- Good command of MS Excel and inventory reporting.
- Knowledge of stock reconciliation, inventory audits, and warehouse documentation.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or distribution warehouse operations will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently manage inventory records and stock dispatch procedures.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.

- Inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.
- Compliance with FIFO and FEFO procedures.
- Reduction in expired, damaged, and obsolete stock.
- Timely stock inward and outward entries.
- Accuracy and timely submission of inventory reports.
