Position: Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive

We are looking for a professional with practical experience in social media management, paid advertising, and e-commerce marketplace operations. The role involves managing our digital presence, generating customer enquiries, and improving online sales.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Management

- Manage company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop a content calendar and create product-focused posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Schedule content through Meta Business Suite and manage comments, messages, and customer enquiries.
- Monitor reach, engagement, audience growth, and enquiries generated through social media.

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

- Set up, manage, and optimise Facebook and Instagram campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Configure campaign objectives, audience targeting, budgets, placements, and ad creatives.
- Monitor metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS), where purchase tracking is available.
- Test different creatives, audiences, and offers to improve campaign performance.

E-commerce Marketplace Management

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Meesho, and other relevant marketplaces.




- Create and optimise product listings, including titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and relevant keywords.
- Maintain product catalogues, SKU details, pricing, and inventory availability.
- Coordinate order processing, dispatch, cancellations, returns, and customer queries.
- Monitor account health, listing issues, sales reports, fees, and settlement discrepancies.
- Manage marketplace promotions and advertising where available.

Sales & Customer Handling

- Respond to product enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
- Apply basic sales techniques, including product recommendations and objection handling.
- Maintain enquiry and sales records, and prepare regular performance reports.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, the Meesho Supplier Panel, or similar seller platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva, basic video editing, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of product listing optimisation, digital marketing metrics, and basic sales processes.
- Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
