We are hiring for BMS Operator for one of our client in Mumbai location.

Location - Powai, Mumbai

Work from Office

Salary 25K to 30K per month.

Job Responsibilities : -

- Overall monitoring and operation of the Building Management System and building utilities.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical systems, pumps, water supply, ventilation, and other building services.
- Monitor DG sets, transformers, UPS, electrical panels, STP, WTP, and fire alarm systems wherever applicable.
- Regularly check BMS alarms, equipment status, temperature readings, and system parameters.
- Identify faults, breakdowns, and abnormalities and immediately report them to the Facility Manager.
- Coordinate with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and safety,



and other technical teams for maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure proper functioning of common area equipment and building services.
- Maintain daily logbooks, equipment readings, breakdown records, and shift handover reports.
- Monitor water tank levels, pump operations, and other essential utilities.
- Attend complaints related to building services and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the BMS control room.
