What you will do
- Collect daily orders and sales data from our sales app and sales team.
- Make daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for the owners.
- Match our sales orders with distributor invoices and find any mismatch.
- Make a scorecard for each sales officer: sales, new shops, visits and collections.
- Track pending payments from distributors and shops.
- Check travel and daily allowance claims against the visit data.
- Keep stock, dispatch and retailer lists clean and up to date.
- Build straightforward dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets.
