Job Title: Microfinance Manager

Department: Microfinance Operations

Reports To: Branch Manager / Regional Manager / Managing Director

Job Location: Branch / Field Operations

Employment Type: Full time

- Educational QualificationAny Degree / B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance).
- Knowledge of microfinance, banking, NBFC, or chit fund operations is preferred.

Experience3–5 years of experience in microfinance, banking, NBFC, or financial services.

- At least 1–2 years of team-handling experience preferred.
- Experience in loan recovery and field operations is an advantage.
