As a Center Manager at Clubb Canopy, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, and delivering an excellent experience to members and visitors. The role involves managing staff, coordinating bookings and events, handling administrative and basic financial operations, and supporting the club’s growth and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Center Operations & Management:

- Oversee daily club operations, court bookings, scheduling, and member check-ins.
- Ensure smooth coordination between coaches, staff, management, and members.
- Maintain service standards, club discipline, and overall facility upkeep.
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and operational issues.

Staff & Community Management:





- Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure efficient daily functioning.
- Build solid relationships with members and enhance community engagement.
- Assist in organising tournaments, events, and club activities.

Accounts & Administration:

- Oversee daily cash handling, basic bookkeeping, billing, and payment records.
- Manage invoices, receipts, membership records, and operational reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely administrative tasks.

Marketing & Communication:

- Assist in managing the club’s social media presence and member communications.
- Support promotional activities, events, and initiatives to grow the club’s community.
