Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize our YouTube channel to increase visibility, engagement, and subscriber base.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant topics and optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for improved discoverability.
- Create compelling thumbnails and optimize video metadata to encourage clicks and viewer engagement.
- Monitor video performance metrics, including views, watch time, likes, comments, and shares, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with YouTube algorithm updates, trends, and best practices to ensure optimal video performance.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging video content ideas and formats that resonate with the target audience.
- Implement video optimization techniques, such as end screens, cards, and annotations, to drive traffic and increase viewer retention.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement in our YouTube channel strategy.
- Leverage YouTube analytics tools to gain insights into audience behavior, demographics, and preferences,



and utilize this information to optimize content and channel strategy.
- Stay informed about emerging YouTube features, trends, and industry developments to ensure our channel remains innovative and competitive.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing YouTube channels, with a solid understanding of YouTube best practices.
- Familiarity with YouTube analytics tools, such as YouTube Studio, Google Analytics for YouTube, and VidIQ.
- Robust knowledge of YouTube SEO techniques, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and thumbnail creation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, is a plus.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and an understanding of audience preferences for video content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
