Position: Workday HCM

Experience Required: 3-10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days

Locations: HYD/BLR/CHE/PUNE/

Working hours: 2PM - 11PM

13. Mentor Junior resources within the team, conduct KSS and lessons learnt.

14. Adaptable to work in stretch opportunities/assignments.

15. Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.

16. Ticket Quality and deliverables review.

Status Reporting for the project.

18. Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management.

19. Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.

20. Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice.

21. Seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives.

22. Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.
