Role Overview

We are looking for a unique, hybrid talent: a Performance Marketing Manager who deeply understands both digital acquisition and the nuances of the financial markets. In this role, you will own the end-to-end lead generation pipeline for our high-ticket Mutual Fund and PMS investment offerings.

You are a perfect fit if you can speak the language of an investor (Alpha, CAGR, Asset Allocation) and possess the technical execution skills to target, hook, and convert High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Execution: Design, deploy, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta (Instagram/Facebook) specifically targeting affluent retail and HNWI audiences.
- Lead Generation: Own the cost-per-lead (CPL) and lead-to-conversion metrics for premium investment products (MF & PMS).
- Copywriting & Creative Collaboration: Write high-converting ad copy and collaborate with design teams to produce compliant, engaging financial creatives (reels, carousels, thought-leadership ads).
- Funnel Optimization: Build, test, and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and nurturing sequences to turn cold leads into qualified meetings for our wealth management team.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a strict understanding of SEBI guidelines regarding investment advertising, ensuring all marketing assets are fully compliant.
- Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics daily, using insights to scale budgets efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience,



with a proven track record on LinkedIn Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
- Solid baseline knowledge of Indian financial markets, Mutual Funds, and PMS structures.
- Direct experience in lead generation for high-ticket services, luxury brands, real estate, or fintech/wealth tech is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, attribution tracking, and CRM tools.
- Ability to balance creative visual storytelling (for Instagram) with institutional credibility (for LinkedIn).

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for Wealth Managers with a solid Digital Marketing background, based in Bandra with some flexibility for work from home.

The Wealth

Manager will engage with prospective and existing clients, conduct financial goal assessments, design personalized investment and retirement plans, and manage portfolios using the firm’s research framework. Day-to-day work includes recommending mutual funds and other suitable investment solutions, monitoring portfolio performance, and providing proactive communication and reporting to clients. The role also involves leveraging digital marketing channels to generate leads, build brand presence, create investor-focused content, and support online campaigns and webinars.

The Wealth

Manager will collaborate closely with the founder and research team, follow compliance and regulatory guidelines, and maintain high standards of ethical, client-centric advisory.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Insurance to design comprehensive, goal-based solutions for diverse client profiles.
- Candidates should possess sound Finance knowledge to interpret market trends, explain risk-return trade-offs, and support research-driven recommendations.
- Relevant experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or investment sales, preferably with exposure to mutual funds and PMS products.
- Background or certifications such as CFP, NISM or other SEBI-recognized qualifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels (social media, email campaigns, content marketing, webinars) to drive client acquisition and engagement.
