About the Role

Draeger India is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive - Warehouse to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, billing, dispatch activities, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse operations, SAP/ERP systems, inventory management, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage billing, dispatch, and shipment activities for Equipment, Consumables, and Spare Parts.
- Generate E-Invoices, E-Way Bills, and maintain dispatch records.
- Supervise warehouse operators and ensure smooth shopfloor operations.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners, transporters, and courier service providers.
- Handle inward material activities, GRN processing, and inventory transactions.
- Monitor stock accuracy and support cycle counts, physical verification, and ABC analysis.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, quality standards, statutory requirements, and EHS guidelines.
- Track deliveries, maintain POD records, and resolve dispatch-related customer issues.
- Update and maintain SAP inventory records, bin locations, and warehouse documentation.




- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Quality, and Operations teams for efficient material flow.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management.
- Experience in handling 3PL warehouses and logistics operations.
- Valuable knowledge of SAP and warehouse processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates based in Chakan, Pune will be preferred.
