Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team handling Personal Loan disbursement operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan disbursement cases.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, TAT and team performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, banks and stakeholders for smooth disbursement.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, compliance and SOPs.
- Handle escalations, resolve operational issues and minimize errors.
- Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Prepare and share daily MIS and operational reports.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in banking/financial services operations.
- Prior experience in Personal Loan Disbursement is preferred.




- Minimum 1 year of team handling experience.
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
