Salary: Up to 18,000 per month

Monthly Incentives: 2,750

Travel Allowance: 3,500 (Both Ways)

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for an Inbound Voice Process in the Logistics domain.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound customer calls related to shipments, logistics and delivery queries.

* Provide accurate shipment tracking updates and delivery status information.

* Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.

* Coordinate with internal departments to resolve shipment-related issues.

* Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.

* Ensure customer satisfaction through effective query handling.

Eligibility Criteria

* Positive verbal communication skills in English.





* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Prior experience in customer service or voice processes will be an added advantage.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Comfortable working in a day shift and 6-day working schedule.
