We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with a strong background in W2 hiring to join our growing recruitment team.
Required Experience
✅ Proven experience in W2 Hiring for IT positions
✅ Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and Job Boards
✅ Expertise in screening, interviewing, and qualifying IT candidates
✅ Valuable understanding of US work authorizations (GC, USC, H4 EAD, TN, etc.)
✅ Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Experience working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and submit qualified IT candidates.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of W2 consultants.
- Work closely with account managers and hiring managers to fulfill requirements.
