Video Editor Short Form Social Media Content

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Video Editor to join our content team and create engaging short-form videos for a leading financial services brand.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of qualified editing experience and a strong understanding of content formats across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social platforms. You should be skilled at transforming raw footage into compelling, consumer-facing content that captures attention within the first few seconds and keeps viewers engaged till the end.

You must have a keen eye for pacing, storytelling, visual hooks, transitions, sound design, captions, and platform-specific editing styles. A strong awareness of current social media trends, creator content formats, and viral editing techniques is essential. The role requires versatility across a wide range of content styles, including humour, emotional storytelling, educational content, creator-led videos, and micro-drama formats.





We are looking for someone who is AI-savvy and comfortable using emerging AI tools to improve editing workflows, generate creative assets, and increase production efficiency. At the same time, you should possess strong editing fundamentals and the creative judgment needed to turn ordinary footage into highly engaging, shareable content.

Experience with industry-standard editing software is required. Candidates with a strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability, trend awareness, and social-first thinking will be preferred.
