Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Lucknow.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end editing of marketing and branding videos, including short-form content, social media reels, UGC assets, and campaign videos for various platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, selecting impactful visuals and audio, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing sound, and ensuring brand consistency across all video deliverables. The role also involves collaborating with creative, design, and social media teams to interpret briefs, refine concepts, and deliver high-quality, on-brand content within deadlines.

Editor will support shoots when needed, maintain organized project files, and stay updated on current video trends and platform best practices.

Qualifications

- Robust video production and post-production skills, including Video Production and Video Editing.
- Proficiency in visual enhancement and finishing techniques, such as Video Color Grading and basic Graphics.
- Ability to create engaging visual elements and animations using Motion Graphics and Graphics tools.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Solid understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and content best practices for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Solid sense of storytelling, pacing, and sound design, with attention to detail and brand guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced agency environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio demonstrating previous video work is required.
