Investment Banking - Technology Coverage – Vice President

- Experience: 6+ years
- Qualification: MBA / CA
- Function: Technology Coverage Team

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

- Responsible for originating: financing and transacting deals in Tech domain
- Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface (Sectors – Technology Products)
- Focusing on core technology product companies (primarily Indian)
- Having good grasp on latest technology product trends and offerings in the market
- Be a part of end‐to‐end deal making cycle for multiple sell‐side/ buy side mandates
- To be actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due‐diligence, transaction closure agreements)
- Directs the implementation of proposed solutions to the clients
- Strengthen firms’ relationship at Senior Management level with the existing clients
- Managing Client relationships along with the manager, assisting in identification of business opportunities




- Responsible for handling all aspects of client liaison involving negotiations on pricing or structure of a merger

- Strong understanding & deal experience in NewGen StartUps, DigitalTech, Tech Product Co.’s
- Excellent grasp on latest technology product trends and offerings in the market.
- Extensive Deal handling & closure experience
- Excellent Relationship Management skills – prospecting, signing new relationships, nurturing existing ones and deepening the effort for incremental asset growth
- Good understanding & experience of both Capital market and M&A; transaction
- Solid blend of number crunching / analytics
- Ability to effectively network across NewGen StartUps and generate potential business lead
- Outstanding technical / conceptual understanding of finance & valuations
