Role Description The UI/UX Trainer will deliver instructor-led sessions on user interface and user experience design to learners at CDA Academy’s Kochi campus. This full-time, on-site role involves preparing curriculum materials, creating demonstrations and exercises, guiding learners through design workflows, and reviewing assignments and project work. The trainer will conduct live workshops on topics such as visual design, mockups, prototyping, and user-centered design, while introducing the basics of front-end implementation.

Responsibilities include mentoring learners, providing constructive feedback,



collaborating with the academic team to update course content, and ensuring that training outcomes align with current industry standards.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Visual Design and creating high-quality Mockups for web and mobile interfaces.
- Strong skills in Prototyping and building interactive UI flows using modern design tools.
- Solid understanding of User Experience Design (UED), including user research, information architecture, and usability principles.
- Foundational knowledge of Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to demonstrate how designs translate into functional interfaces.
- Experience teaching, mentoring, or conducting workshops in UI/UX or related design fields.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, with robust communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching and continuous curriculum improvement.
