Role Description The Trims Sourcing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and sourcing garment trims such as labels, tags, buttons, zippers, and packaging materials in line with production schedules and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with suppliers, requesting and reviewing quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of trims to meet order requirements.

The Trims Sourcing

Executive will work closely with the production, merchandising, and quality teams to align trim specifications, maintain accurate procurement records, and resolve supply issues. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining vendor relationships,



and supporting cost-optimization initiatives while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to compare quotations, assess supplier performance, and support cost and quality decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with suppliers, and clearly document requirements.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Procurement skills to secure favorable terms, manage purchase orders, and oversee trim sourcing activities.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting skills where needed to help identify and onboard new suppliers or service partners in the trims supply chain.
- Relevant experience in textile or garment manufacturing, especially trims sourcing or procurement, is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with basic office and ERP or procurement software are preferred.
- A diploma or degree in textiles, supply chain, business, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain ethical and compliant sourcing practices.
