Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Transport Executive in Transport/ Dispatch department to manage daily transportation and dispatch operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle arrangements, monitoring shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, managing transport documentation, and coordinating with drivers, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily transportation and dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Arrange and allocate vehicles as per dispatch requirements and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and logistics partners for vehicle placement and shipment movement.




- Monitor vehicle movement and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and maintain transport-related documents, including LR, GR, e-Way Bills, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Follow up with drivers and transporters regarding vehicle status, delivery updates, and delays.
- Maintain daily dispatch reports, vehicle records, and transportation expenses.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and other internal departments for smooth dispatch operations.
- Handle transportation-related issues, delivery discrepancies, and customer complaints.
- Ensure proper utilization of vehicles and control transportation costs.
- Verify freight bills and transporter invoices before processing for payment.
- Maintain proper records of POD (Proof of Delivery) and ensure timely submission.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in Transport, Logistics, Dispatch, or Supply Chain operations.
- Good knowledge of transportation and dispatch processes.
- Basic knowledge of LR/GR, e-Way Bills, delivery challans, and POD documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Robust follow-up, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
