✅ Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) Experience
✅ Sales Operations & Customer Investment Planning
✅ Project & Program Management
✅ Change Management & User Adoption
✅ Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
✅ Strong Financial & Analytical Acumen
✅ FMCG / Consumer Goods / Retail Industry Experience Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
? Own and drive end-to-end TPM business processes
? Lead TPM platform deployment, testing, training, and adoption
? Partner with Sales, Finance,
and Technology teams to deliver business value
? Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance
? Champion change management and business transformation initiatives
? Drive trade investment effectiveness and commercial excellence
