We are seeking an experienced Trade Floor Application Support Analyst to support front-office trading applications for Institutional Cash Equities. You will work directly with Traders, vendors and technology teams to maintain system stability, resolve production issues and support trading activities across major Asian markets. This role requires strong OMS/EMS application support experience, a sound understanding of Cash Equities trading workflows and the ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced trading floor workplace.

Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on application and production support for Institutional Cash Equities Traders. Support OMS/EMS platforms such as Fidessa, GL OMS, Bloomberg OMS and equivalent in-house trading systems. Investigate and resolve issues affecting order routing, executions, FIX connectivity and trading workflows.

Support DMA/DSA, Agency Trading and Program Trading activities, including troubleshooting across the order lifecycle. Monitor application health and trading connectivity using tools such as Kibana, Grafana, Logstash, Elasticsearch and ITRS. Support pre-trade risk controls and Credit Risk Management Systems, investigating issues that affect order acceptance and trading activity.

Manage incidents, coordinate service restoration and provide timely updates to Traders and other stakeholders. Perform root cause analysis and work with technology teams and vendors to implement permanent fixes. Support application changes, releases and production validation in accordance with change management procedures.

Maintain support documentation, troubleshooting guides and operational procedures.



Undertake additional trade support activities and operational requirements as needed.

Experience and Business Knowledge: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in trading systems application support, production support or trade floor support. Proven experience supporting Traders, preferably within an Institutional Cash Equities front-office environment. Strong understanding of Cash Equities business processes, including DMA/DSA, Agency Trading and Program Trading.

Hands-on experience supporting Fidessa, GL OMS, Bloomberg OMS or comparable OMS/EMS applications. Good understanding of exchange rules and trading practices across major Asian markets, including Hong Kong, China Connect, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, India and Indonesia. Exposure to Credit Risk Management Systems and pre-trade risk controls.

Experience with incident, problem and change management processes, preferably using ServiceNow.

Technical Skills: Working knowledge of FIX Protocol/FIX API, including FIX messages, order routing, execution flows and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL queries and stored procedures for investigation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments, shell scripting and Perl.
