About the Company

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate relevant government, PSU and private-sector tender opportunities.
- Conduct detailed analysis of tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial conditions.
- Manage end-to-end tendering activities, including technical and financial bid preparation and submission.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for methodologies, compliance statements, cost estimates and supporting documentation.
- Manage tender submissions through GeM, CPPP, e-procurement portals, state portals and other platforms.
- Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, corrigenda and post-bid requirements.
- Maintain tender tracking reports, submission schedules and bid outcome records.





Desired Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, Geophysics or a related discipline preferred.
- Relevant experience in tendering, bid management or techno-commercial proposals.
- Good understanding of government procurement procedures and e-tendering platforms.
- Strong analytical, documentation, coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in engineering consultancy, infrastructure, geotechnical, geophysical or geospatial sectors will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tenders within deadlines.
