We are hiring Tour Consultants for ITDMC, a travel company. You will call leads, understand their travel needs, share suitable packages, and convert them into confirmed bookings. Responsibilities:
- Call leads and generate travel enquiries - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers - Share package details and quotations - Follow up regularly and close the lead - Update lead status daily in the CRM or sheet Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English - Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, WhatsApp) - Responsible and target-oriented - Freshers with positive speaking skills are welcome Benefits:
